Currently Texan Petroleum is 30 % black owned via Texan Petroleum Black Empowerment Trust of which 40% of the beneficiaries are black woman. Me Nomsa Msiza also serves on the Texan Petroleum Board as Human Recourses and Admin Director. Texan is currently a level 4 BBBEE contributor.
